A policeman devises an unorthodox plan for bringing criminals to justice after his partner is brutally gunned down.

The partner--and best friend--of a tough New York detective is murdered by killers working for a local mob. Infuriated at the inability of the Police Department to bring in the murderers, he decides--with the help of a few of his fellow detectives--to operate on his own, using whatever means necessary, to destroy the gang.

The film was shot over a two year period in England, Belfast and New York and features contributions from many renowned musicians, bands, writers and commentators. These include original members of STEEL PULSE, THE SEX PISTOLS, ASWAD, STIFF LITTLE FINGERS, THE LEVELLERS, THE MEN THEY COULDN’T HANG, THE DEFECTS, THE OUTCASTS, LADY SHOCKER, NAOMI BEDFORD, ATILLA THE STOCKBROKER and others.

A shy young price seeks solace in overeating rather than attempt courtship. Until he begins to suffer from severe stomach pains.
